Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to tasteroots trade and wholesale orders unless separate written terms have been agreed.

Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch or before stock has been specifically allocated. Once goods are dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged, missing or incorrect goods

If goods arrive damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and photos where possible. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund or credit note depending on the circumstances.

Food product returns

For food safety reasons, opened products cannot usually be returned. Any return request must involve unopened goods in saleable condition unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund timing

Approved refunds or credit notes are processed after the issue has been reviewed and, where needed, goods have been returned or inspected.
