Delivery area

We support UK trade supply enquiries, including London Indian grocery stores and independent retailers. Delivery availability, cost and timing are confirmed before order acceptance.

Dispatch and lead times

Lead times depend on stock availability, order size, delivery location and agreed trade terms. We will confirm expected dispatch and delivery details before the order is finalised.

Receiving goods

Please check all cartons on arrival. Report missing, damaged or incorrect items as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with order details and photos where relevant.

Storage

tasteroots products are shelf-stable. Store products in a cool, dry place and follow the instructions printed on the packaging.
