1. Business enquiries

tasteroots supplies vegetarian Indian ready-to-eat products for retailers and wholesale buyers. Product availability, case sizes, pricing, payment terms and delivery terms are confirmed directly with each buyer before an order is accepted.

2. Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, shelf-life details and pricing information accurate. Packaging, labels, case configuration and availability may change. Retail buyers should check the latest catalogue, label and invoice details before placing an order.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only when tasteroots accepts it in writing. Payment terms are agreed per account or per order. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, details are incomplete, or payment terms are not met.

4. Storage and use

Products should be stored according to the instructions on the packaging. Buyers are responsible for checking labels, allergens, dates and handling instructions before resale or consumption.

5. Website use

Website content, product images and brand assets may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission from tasteroots.
